We are a private service provider and are not a government body. Where a service requires certification by a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary or advocate, it is performed by or with qualified professionals.
Approvals, registrations, name availability, trademark acceptance, certificates and timelines are decided by the relevant government authorities. We do not guarantee approval or a specific processing time. Timelines shown are estimates based on normal processing.
You agree to provide true, complete and lawful information and documents, respond to queries on time, and keep login credentials, OTPs and Digital Signatures secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide; delays, rejections or penalties caused by incorrect or late information are not our liability.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful code, or copy, reproduce or redistribute website content, design, logos, text or images without our written permission. All content is the intellectual property of JuriFinTaxx Services Private Limited.
Fees are payable as per our Pricing Policy and the quotation shared with you. Government and third-party fees are separate unless stated. Non-payment may lead to suspension of services.
We keep your documents and business information confidential and use them only to deliver the services, except where disclosure is required by law or authorised by you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the professional fee paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, government portal downtime, changes in law, or decisions of authorities.
