Pricing Policy
Professional Fees
Our fees depend on the type and complexity of service, the entity type, number of directors/partners, state of registration, documentation status, urgency and scope of work. Starting prices shown on service pages are indicative professional fees for a standard engagement.
Indicative Fee Range
Our professional fees generally range from ₹500 to ₹1,00,000 per engagement, exclusive of GST at 18%. Complex, multi-state or recurring engagements are quoted separately.
Government and Third-Party Charges
Government fees, stamp duty, MCA/ROC fees, trademark filing fees, FSSAI/licence fees, Digital Signature Certificate cost, certification body charges, notary and courier charges are payable in addition to our professional fees, at actuals, unless the quotation clearly states that they are included.
Quotations
Before work begins, we share a written quotation by email or WhatsApp listing our fee, applicable GST and estimated government charges. The quotation is valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms
Payment is generally taken in advance, either in full or as agreed milestones, through our secure online payment page, bank transfer or UPI. Work starts after payment confirmation and receipt of required documents. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
Price Changes
We may revise prices at any time. Revised prices do not affect services already paid for, except where government fees change after the quotation, in which case the difference is payable at actuals.
Additional Work
Work outside the agreed scope, such as replies to notices, objections, hearings, resubmissions caused by incorrect client information, or additional filings, may be charged separately after informing you.
