Refund & Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you cancel a service in writing before we begin any work (document review, drafting, name search or filing), you are eligible for a refund of the professional fee paid, less payment gateway charges.
Cancellation After Work Starts
Once work has begun, a refund is calculated based on the stage of work completed. Charges for consultation, drafting, documentation and work already performed are deducted. No refund is available once an application or return has been filed with a government authority.
Government and Third-Party Fees
Government fees, stamp duty, Digital Signature Certificate costs, certification body charges and other amounts already paid to third parties are non-refundable, as they are not recoverable by us.
Rejection by Authorities
If an application is rejected or objected to by the authority, we will help with one resubmission or reply within the same scope where possible. Rejection by an authority by itself does not entitle a refund of professional fees, as the decision rests with the authority.
Our Inability to Deliver
If we are unable to provide a service due to reasons attributable to us, we will refund the professional fee for the undelivered portion in full.
Duplicate or Failed Payments
Amounts debited twice or for failed transactions will be refunded in full after verification with the payment gateway.
How to Request and Timelines
Email your request with name, mobile number, service name and payment reference to jurifintaxxservices@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed within 7 working days, and approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
